1. There are three warehouses, geographically they are located in the same room, but they are separated for a quick search for the right product (the goods are mostly small)
2. We set up the minimum reserve, in general, everything is correct, but the action does not take into account that in another warehouse, there is the same product in sufficient quantity, example (the program wants me to stock "1Shop" purchased 88pcs, but it does not take into account that "3Warehouse" has enough quantity for sale)
Previously, the client's minimum reserve was set to 1s by location, there were several warehouses in one location, and as soon as the minimum reserve was reached in total for all warehouses, a purchase notification was received.
Question:

Good afternoon. Now there is no way to group goods in any way, but it can be improved in action so that when calculating the quantity remaining in the warehouse, group warehouses by responsible or code or some other field, so that the balances in 3 warehouses are simultaneously considered as balances in each of them (although it would be better to do a separate field for this). It will take about 4h as a setting in action which creates tasks when min. reserve ends

See what mechanics, you have 2 warehouses:
Warehouse 1, min reserve 10 pieces, stock 5 pieces
Warehouse 2, min reserve 5 pieces, stock 3 pieces
You use the action above to say that Warehouse 1 = Warehouse 1 + Warehouse 2.
The action will take min. reserves in turn and calculates:
Warehouse 1 = 10 pieces needed (there are 5 + 3 = 8), you need to buy 2 more pieces
Warehouse 2 = 5 pieces needed (3 pieces available) 2 pieces needed to be purchased
Those. will count both for the first and for the second warehouse. And you, in theory, need only one. Therefore min. the reserve must be left at one.
