Rollback of a stage in an order
Can you please tell me how to roll back the order stages? Let's say we sold a product - and we want to roll back everything to the starting one, so that the product returns to the warehouse and the amount paid is not taken into account.

Hello. There is no direct rollback to any date in the order. But you can go to payments, delete a payment, go to warehouse operations and delete a sale operation and then transfer the order to the starting stage. So you will receive an order close to the original form.

As an option, you need to connect the current stage and the starting stage in the settings of your Business process, go to the start stage and delete the connection.
There are menu settings in the stage interface settings. There is a warehouses tab. Turn it on and it will appear in the same place as the finance tab.
