In the task http://ukrpromspec.onebox-system.com/admin/customorder/zakaz-v-workote/120417/edit/ switched to the procedure http://ukrpromspec.onebox-system.com/admin/shop/workflow/69 /procedure/57/?status=0 . According to the settings of the action hanging on the procedure, one task should have been created and three products should have been added to it with the [file]1415[/file] field filled in and such a task has been created http://ukrpromspec.onebox-system.com/admin/customorder/ issue/120514/edit/ . But an additional task was created http://ukrpromspec.onebox-system.com/admin/customorder/issue/120515/edit/ . Why was it created? Indeed, in the products that were added to it, the [file]1416[/file] field is not filled in and, in theory, the task should not be created for them at all.
Hello. You have not completed the settings that take into account the completion of the fields https://prnt.sc/vvnnio + if you can click the button several times, then it is advisable to check the box https://prnt.sc/vvnogh (only if you need to add the same product twice to different tasks)

Those. Are you saying that emptiness is a "unique value"?

I am an ordinary person and for me "emptiness" is something that does not exist. Accordingly, there is no value in emptiness. There are two options here: 1. Bug in action work 2. Grammatically incorrect description of the action. Let me disagree with you that emptiness (in the generally accepted sense of it) is a "unique value".

This is not a generally accepted rule, this is a specific TK from a client who paid money for this, here is a link with a description https://crm-onebox.com/ru/support/business-processes/3425-dorabotka-deystviya-qu... -odnogo-protsessa-v-drugoyquot-gruppirovat-produkti-po-znacheniyam-dop-polya-produktov-protsessa/ If the function does not work as we would like, it does not mean that this is a bug, in this case there is a specific condition from the customer

This is not a custom build. This feature is available to all users. Accordingly, it should be understandable to other users. If you think that the program works logically correctly, then so be it. I just tried to point out that an ordinary user of the program may have difficulties when setting it up.

This revision would not have been available if it had not been ordered, you, as a user of the system, have the opportunity to use it or not to use it. Each user of the system has his own logic, each needs it differently, in this case the task was in this way, you do not need to add products without a value, but another user needs it, so he generated the appropriate request

Everyone has the same logic - “formal logic”. In this case, it was broken. If a product is being made for general use, it will not be entirely correct to replace the meaning of the meaning of the Terms with arbitrary values without notifying users about it. Because users (myself in particular) can experience cognitive dissonance when they say “emptiness = unique value”.
