We need to change the logic:
1. The button to display at the specified stages, even if you did not select a value from that list.
2. When you click on the button - we show a pop-up window in the center, with the choice of one of the values https://prnt.sc/uzsi3t
That is, in fact, transfer the choice of values to a pop-up window, then the logic of work is as before.
Need an evaluation.
