Action to edit the table of process products
The process has a table of process products.
We need certain fields to be editable by certain employees/roles at a certain stage. This can be configured in the interface (they did a revision), but it’s very difficult to do it all using the interface, we want exactly the action in which it should be:
1. Selection of system fields for process products and additional. fields that are not allowed to be edited in the table
2. Choice of roles and employees who are allowed
Need an evaluation.

Ideally, you should make an event before updating the product and an action that will be triggered in this event, in which it will check the fields for updating the current product of the process, and if not allowed, throw an error.

yes, that's what I wrote - that it will check whether it is allowed (in relation to the selected roles / employees), and if it is not allowed - an update error.
