Question about external order ID

Good afternoon!
We should have 2 fields with external ID values in the order.
The first value is the order number from the Opencart website
The second value is the order number from 1C

When we formed the order interface, we discussed with the integrator that we need to see both values, both from the site and from 1C. Since for all orders that came from an external resource (for example, from a website), and for those that are created immediately in Box, there is one numbering - this is 1C numbering. It turns out that we need for those orders that came from the site to assign a new number, which is created automatically in 1s, but also to see the number from the site.
In the procedures https://etg.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/workflow/12/procedure/22/?status=2 the following settings were added by the integrator

Have you asked this question to the integrator?
I think it is logical that such moments should be provided for and corrected directly by the integrator. For such a setting did not provide for your import.
Probably a more correct solution in importing orders from opencart is to initially set the "Search processes by linkkey" setting - then you won't be able to search by external ID - you can change it. But keep in mind that by enabling this setting, previously imported processes for the current day will also be imported, as the search algorithm will change. It was better to initially search by linkkey - and the id would be written to an external one, copied by action to an additional field - and it could be changed to an identifier from 1C

if you do not need to update the order from 1s, then you can write the order number 1s in an additional field and not bother.
If, nevertheless, an update comes from 1s, then it would be nice to make a setting, something like "Allow processes to be updated by field value" in additional fields. But if you don’t want to modify anything, then in 1s additionally pass the internal id of the order, and then from 1s pass the id of this order (if you use a module, then still the external id).

Done, everything works, thanks! Yes, old orders were reloaded, but fortunately, there are not many of them :)
