You do a process for each subscription. You add products - classes there, choose a client - the owner of the subscription. In the process, on the "Due by" date, for example, you set the subscription end date, you set an action that will switch to the stage after the date expires, at the stage you hang up the manager's notification action / set the "Renew" subtask.
