Status hangs and there is no way to switch to statuses

click the status "Goods received" and everything hangs.
Why does it freeze? Is something heavily loading the process?

I managed to switch to the status, though for this I temporarily increased the max_execution_time programmatically
Perhaps actions on status + procedures run longer than set in max_execution_time

Is it possible to check what exactly is working for a long time? So that we understand what to fix.
