Is it possible to display the "Return shipping note" field in a universal block, similar to the "Delivery invoice" field? And to be able to display this field in your account in the customer's order for editing.
The bottom line is that sometimes the parcel is not immediately sent to the post office, but simply in fact they create an ordinary TTN. But for tracking, we need to drive it into the TTN return shipping field. Plus, put some actions to check this field, which would not let you return until it is filled.

2. Add to some action a check to see if the TTN field of the return delivery is filled in (if this is not yet the case in the action of prohibiting the transition to the stage) 1h
