If integration with mail is configured and a letter arrives in the system, then the search for the process to which to attach this letter is performed by the subject of the letter. If the email subject contains the order number through the pound sign # , for example #123 , then the system will look for a process with id 123, and if one is found, it will attach this email to this process.

and if not the process id, but the number from the additional field? (specifically - the BOOKING number, i.e. we have one order number from partners and they send notifications on it, but in our box it is a different number, in order to quickly search for these orders from the global search we did - and search for it)
