Vladislav, in your automation, in the settings of the "Rewrite the sheet in the process" action, there is a setting "Attachment for parsing the original sheet (attachment)", which is responsible for parsing the entire contents of the letter. In both integrations, this setting is disabled - https://prnt.sc/u4uf5q, which is why the attachment was not parsed into the process.
