This problem mainly occurs with Yandex mail.
You need to go to the settings of the mail itself, and check 2 settings:
1. In the mail settings, go to the "Mail programs" section and check that the "Portal password" checkbox is ticked
https://prnt.sc/vhuwki2. Go to account management - Login history and see if there are connections from the IP box to your mail in IPv4 format.
