Emails are not sent from box

Good afternoon Letters from boxing are not sent. The Gmail box is connected, the integration is configured, the testing line is green, everything is ok. Outgoing messages from the box are displayed in the contact or process card as events. But in fact, the letters do not reach the recipients. Manual sending of the letter from boxing - the same situation. Letters do not come (neither in Spam, nor in PROMO, nowhere). Where to look and what to do?

In the integration settings there is a checkbox "Do not send emails from this mail if SMTP is not available"
If you set it, then letters will be sent strictly using the SMTP server.
And you will see the error "SMTP: SMTP FAIL connect for login: zakazchado@***"
You saw an error, unchecked it and decided that this is how it would work...
In konrne is not the right idea about the operation of the system!
Your integration is not configured correctly, configure the integration correctly and everything will work.
Without this checkbox set, in case of an error connecting to the SMTP server, mail is sent directly from the box server.
And such letters are usually rejected by plchtovy resources.

Correct send method: [5] => method: smtp

Changed the port, checked the box. Letters began to be sent. Although it is strange that they were normally sent a couple of weeks ago with another port.

And they're coming into promotions now. How to make that in the main letters come? Can you suggest?
