Good afternoon, since at least Friday we have seen such a problem - when sending a response to a letter through the process, if there are several recipients in the letter, only the first one receives the letter. The second, subsequent and those specified in the "Cc" field do not receive a letter at all.
If you look at the history of sent emails, then the address from the copy does not even appear anywhere. Since we are now actively working with mail through processes, then the issue is very urgent, please help with the correction as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Do you have a recipient with 2 different addresses in the example?) Provide a link to the process where you can test the submission. I would also like to see the source of the letter from the recipient's mail client, to whom the letter reached. When sending to 2 different recipients, 2 letters will be sent, 1 each, and in each copy there will be those who were indicated in the copy.
