Good afternoon. KPI is configured https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/kpi/36/, but does not count the values. There are definitely sales in this category, for example, the order https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/customorder/zakaz-klienta/318924/edit/ is the last two items in this category. The process went through the Sell process action at the Dispatched and decommissioned stage.
Your colleagues reported that this KPI takes into account only the processes that are currently in the stage with the Sell process action, and suggested duplicating the action for all stages after the sale. Tell me, with such an implementation, the sale will not double in other reports? Are there any other configuration options? Maybe with the help of https://prnt.sc/10dhvsi settings? Thanks in advance

As far as I can see from the KPI responsible for the specified processes - KPI counts the value. If it is considered incorrect, justify with an example.

I added the Sell Stage action for a few more stages, and now this KPI only counts the processes that are currently in the stage with the Sell Process action. Can it be configured so that if the process has already been sold and passed the stage with this action, will it also be included in the KPI accounting?

in KPI, there are settings that allow you to take into account exactly the transitions to the specified stages.

yes, and they work great, but at the same time, I need to sell a specific category. That's why I'm trying to set up exactly the kpi categories
