Good afternoon, on Saturday, an employee added a new article to the knowledge base: https://owwa.crm-onebox.com/app/knowledgebase/main/552/ and assigned it the Documents and Templates category, after saving more than 100 posts from other categories were moved to this category. This is some kind of serious bug, because there is no mass action for such changes.

Before the new publication in the Documents and Templates category, there was only 1 publication, now there are 111 publications.

Please help restore the knowledge base structure as it was on the morning of 26.07 (namely the binding to categories). And explain the reason for such a bug to prevent this from happening in the future. The only thing that was changed before this was to display the number of publications for each category on Thursday through the settings, this item was not used before, maybe that's the reason.
