I cannot understand your question. Perhaps I missed the manual/rules for creating tickets somewhere on the site https://crm-onebox.com/? Or is it stated somewhere that "It is forbidden to resize the browser while working in OneBox OS system"? I have to work like this, so I'm not familiar with the OS.
