Say, when the interface is set up, the Comments Feed will show all the buttons for the lock. If you change the settings, select the number of buttons, then you can add the buttons, but don't leave them later. Move on to remove the block and add it again, pull up in front of the block.
For example, if I need to see the Facebook Messenger message button, I uncheck the box, I save it. And the check mark after saving is lost.

Well, actually this is the problem.
Markup and margins cannot be different. The point is that you are the same blocks with the same fields.
You can try to remove the necessary setting in both markups one by one (without saving the block, but closing it after unchecking it), and then save the page
