There is no such possibility at the moment. There are 2 solutions: 1. We will remove the interface settings for the contact groups you need through the database in 1 hour of revision. 2. You can modify the "Reset" button in the bottom settings panel of the interface of contact groups, which will delete individual interface settings, thereby displaying the standard ones - this is a refinement in 3 hours.
