Is it possible to somehow remove the icon with the + sign in the payments block in the business process interface, what is the purpose for adding a payment? So that this block would continue to be displayed, and it would not be possible to add a payment

Unfortunately, this cannot be done without refinement if the user has access rights to payment accounts.
I can offer you a modification in the form of a setting that will hide the icon of adding a payment - it will take 1 hour. Issue an invoice?
