Fix the process group deletion logic

Often there is a problem with accidental deletion
process groups. The logic flaw showed up on several OneBoxes when clients accidentally deleted a process group.
Hence the request:
1. Move the Delete button far to the left

so that it cannot be clicked accidentally.
Now the button is located next to Save
2. Add a MANDATORY confirmation,
that you can still delete a process group.
This is through a popup where there is a choice:

3. Highlight the Delete button in RED.
