Why doesn't it load products from the xml file, but only creates categories?!

Perhaps you have configured the import actions incorrectly in automations, or the file does not match the desired structure.

Please specify how you are trying to download these files?

If you open the logs https://tohasaint.crm-onebox.com/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=product-import-ym... - you can see that the products are not added due to the lack of a name or ID.
This is because the file is missing a unique product identifier in the id tag.
The second file does not have a standardized YML structure at all - it cannot be loaded using this functionality.
Try to load these files using the universal XML import actions (Automation once an hour).
