Here are the links of the ones I tried to download from:
http://poolparty.ua/files/POOLPARTY-XML.xml
https://distributions.com.ua/price_list/products.xml?t=a731e94a1ef8c44da69b494ac2d49ea3
Perhaps you have configured the import actions incorrectly in automations, or the file does not match the desired structure. At the moment, in the onebox linked to you https://tohasaint.crm-onebox.com/admin/auto/action/ I do not see any configured automations. Please specify how you are trying to download these files?

If you open the logs https://tohasaint.crm-onebox.com/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=product-import-ym... - you can see that the products are not added due to the lack of a name or ID. This is because the file is missing a unique product identifier in the id tag. The second file does not have a standardized YML structure at all - it cannot be loaded using this functionality. Try to load these files using the universal XML import actions (Automation once an hour).
