Good afternoon! The action "PromUA / Save the delivery declaration number of the current process" does not transfer the TTN to the order for Prom, what could be the error?

The problem is that the invoice is not immediately available in the new mail, it takes several minutes, and the prom checks whether such an invoice really exists, and if it does not exist, it does not write it down.
Solution:
Set the stage time to 3-5 minutes, add an intermediate status with an action where the invoice will be sent, set up the action "Switch the stage after the deadline..." and switch to the intermediate status.
