Orders arrive incorrectly from Rozetka

from Rozetka, empty orders arrive, it’s not clear at what stage nothing can be done with them
there are many such processes and it makes no sense to permanently delete
Please fix the bug

Good afternoon. Remove all actions from the first stage of your BP. When switching to the start status, processes may receive an error as a result of which you get what is now on the screenshots.

in action, in the setting "Search for a product by field based on"Product Name" set the value to "Name"
