I assume that at the Tura stage, in which it is indicated to create processes, you indicated some kind of action that throws an error. Because of this, processes are created without switching to the desired process (here is the last order from tura https://box.zapasik.com.ua/admin/customorder/order/40182/edit/ ) I added logging - make a test order, I'll tell you more specifically what the error is
