The question is still relevant. set up both "import orders from PromUA" and "PromUA / receive customer messages from PromUA as tasks" for different business processes. Boxing does not receive orders or messages.

In the integration settings, specify a link to api https://my.prom.ua/api/v1 instead of https://my.prom.ua/api/v1/ or upgrade to mvp. When changing the settings, the messages were turned into tasks, here are their id:
