We do not create a chat because we cannot create a client. The one who writes to you does not have information about a phone number or email and we are trying to create an empty contact card with only a name, for example. https://filterspoints.crm-onebox.com/app/settings/contact/ then there is no setting add-users-no-contacts-data and therefore when creating a client card an error occurs. If you enable this setting, allow the system to create contacts without a phone or email then we will be able to parse all these chats.

We enabled add-users-no-contacts-data, but it still doesn't parse. We created a new chat from the buyer, the buyer's chat is displayed in "correspondence with sellers", the seller's chat is displayed in "Questions about the product". But the Onebox BP is not created

I don't see that you have enabled anything. If you think that disabling the setting and writing "it still doesn't work" is a good idea, then I will disappoint you - it is a bad idea because I can't go in and see what the problem is and I see the same error - "you can't create a contact without a phone number".

This morning we saw the changes - all chats from the Socket were really spammed, but after watching how it works, we decided to refuse, which is why we removed the action. Sorry, we didn't know that you were testing the action based on our box. 1. The action parsed 1000+ chats, even though "When importing, go through all messages from rozetka, not just new ones" was not enabled. 2. After deleting all chats, the action still recreates 3-7 chats, but chaotically, without any logic as to why these chats. 3. Creating users without data increases the likelihood of duplicates and will be difficult to manage. The problem here is precisely in our expectations and in the Socket itself, which does not reveal contacts. We were inspired by a similar action from Prom, where the functionality is really useful. With the Socket, this will not work out and the problem is not on your side / onebox. Therefore, this action can be used more as a reminder about the chat, but in this case it is more convenient for us to use mail.
