TTN Nova Poshta is not transferred to Prom

Good day!
Order example https://rozum.1b.app/25471/
at this stage there is an action https://rozum.1b.app/admin/shop/workflowstatus/31/action/new/, which should transfer the TTN number to the prom
but this is not happening, even though everything was working last week
Can you see what's going on?

Answers:

The prom gives the error "Sending was not found on the side of the delivery provider", most likely the prom does not see the fresh TTN. Perhaps the prom on its side added a TTN check recently and since then the old logic does not work

Got a reply from Prom support:
"There have been no changes from our side. It doesn't matter what TTN from Nova Poshta, you can always add it. The only exception is if the order is with cheap or free delivery from Prom. Then you can add a TTN that you haven't received yet or haven't refused the parcel "
