External ID and product url are not loaded into the Proma box

Hello. Automation is set up once a day PromUA / Product import. Recently, I can’t say exactly when it started, but the External ID and url of the product stopped loading into the box from Prom. We did not change the settings, the checkbox “Write url on prom in “Link to manufacturer’s website” is enabled https://prnt.sc/A4EmeVDSBakt. We thought that the problem was with the Prom file, we regenerated the link, but the problem remained. It seems that it has already For several months this data has not been loaded into the box. Is this some kind of change and something needs to be reconfigured?
