Apparently these are new statuses that were not there at the time the integration was added. As far as I can see, they have methods by which you can get all the current statuses, we can make knocks on these methods to always show the statuses that the socket api gives directly (so that you don’t have to change the statuses in the box with every change in the socket). It will take about an hour, I will do it immediately in mvp and os. Would you like to be billed for this upgrade?

Why don't you switch to os to enjoy all the new settings, applications, etc.? The mvp support will be closed literally in 3 months and we will not be able to transfer anything there at all, so the sooner you update the better.

Perhaps it will be possible to transfer only a part of the licenses used, the rest later or something else. The partner will be able to help you with the transition and give you exact numbers.
