Rosette integration itself fell off

Good afternoon. Yesterday (22.09) our integration with Rozetka disappeared.
Nobody changed anything, then orders stopped coming in today, and we noticed that the module was disabled! How to return the integration settings to the moment on 20.09, when everything was working correctly?

Weird, integration is fine http://i.imgur.com/8k1fwjO.png
Here are the settings http://i.imgur.com/gBEBrOJ.png
Import orders action also shows no errors http://i.imgur.com/7tZCvYs.png
So it’s too early to talk about backup, you need to figure out what’s wrong, well, or how did you understand that the integration does not work

This is a new integration, we created it again in the morning. But the order from the outlet did not pull up on it. created it manually. #1845
2 points are interesting:
1. how could the integration itself fail?
2. How can we use the functionality given to us to roll back the installation date a couple of days ago and return it to the moment when everything worked correctly?

Unfortunately, I can no longer answer at this first moment. We need to wait for the response of the programmers.
On the second question - since you have a box in our cloud, then only our system administrator can roll back from the backup

Integration is still dead, orders are not being brought up, you have to create them manually.
We checked everything again, and in the automation section, and in business processes, and in the market - everything is as it should be, but the Sale process is not created.
Big request, fix the integration for us!

I found the answer myself a month later. your video is still misinforming users. in the API URL field, you need to specify not seller.rozetka but api.seller.rozetka. and everything immediately worked. I read it in the comments to the video...
