Allo integration not working

Installed app hello. (is it already working?)
Set up integration, automatic action once a minute and action at the stage.
In the integration settings, it shows "ok" - but orders are not loaded from allo.
What am I doing wrong and how to fix it?

When trying to request a token, we get the content of 403 errors from Allo.
