The settings have not changed, and the integration has been working for a long time. Tell me what is the reason?

there may not be duplicates, the orders are old, created by the client even before we turned on the integration in Boxing. When the integration was turned on (about 3 months ago), a number of orders fell down, we deleted them, and then only new ones came. And for some reason, on 9/09, old orders fell again

I can't say why it happened for sure if it's not happening now. The action checks for remote processes - so if they had been created earlier, they would not have been created. Probably for some reason they appeared in the issuance of Prom's API orders
