I don’t see webhooks coming to https://drevojelaniy.crm-onebox.com/messenger/push/ (the address works, writes logs when requested)

We don't knock on facebook with messages, but it transmits them via webhook - I don't think that this would stop working due to an API update. You can check this nuance with Facebook technical support.

Can you explain why you need to pass application verification?
when checking the application, they ask:
