We receive orders in Box from three sites https://prnt.sc/xg5z1t,
TTN for Nova Poshta are created normally everywhere, but on two, they are not displayed in the order header,
although everywhere added to the interface settings
(in PROFISH orders everything is OK, but in PROM and Fish-mir orders it is not displayed in the header) https://prnt.sc/xg6lmx
How to solve this issue?

Was the new mail block displayed in all 3 business processes in the interface?

And how can the system understand that your created delivery methods are integration with Nova Poshta? For integrations with Nova Poshta, specify the corresponding ShopDelivery_NovaPoshta handler in the delivery methods (see the example of the "Nova Poshta" delivery method)
