How to separate processes for new mail

Description of the situation: the business process "customer orders" receives requests from different sources. For each of the sources, different actions are tied up after changing the status of new mail.
Problem: After the new mail status changes, the box switches to a status that is not related to business process logic (BP), but has the same new mail trigger.
Example: An order comes from a personal site, when the status np changes to "Departure is heading to the city.." According to the logic of the BP, it should transfer to the status "Sent to the client". And so it happens.
The application comes from the outlet when the status np changes to "Departure is heading to the city .." according to the logic of the BP, it should transfer to the status "Sent by Rozetka", but for some reason the box does not transfer the process according to the logic of the BP, but follows the logic provided by the source personal site

Answers:

try adding transition bans to the stage that you don't need.
In fact, it just starts throwing the order through the stages where the action is set. Try to add a setting, at the stage "sent to the client"
"Prohibit the transition depending on the fields" and specify what to prohibit there if the source = socket.
I think it will not throw him to this stage, he will try to throw him to the next one, where there is no prohibition.

maybe then make an extra. process field
and before checking, set the setting "copy process fields"
and there select
copy from "source" to "your additional field" and then carry out the check on your additional field.
