What kind of order-process do you need? (What would you look at.) The one with a mistake or the one that creates TTN but does not create a shipment in the Ukrposhta office?

If the TTN number was inserted into your order, then the box actually sent a request to the UE and he was given the TTN number in response. If you do not find it in the LC UE, write to their support with this ttn number and ask why they created it but do not show it to you

We called our manager - she humanly explained:
She said that they are not displayed in the office (those that are created through api). This means that everything works, ONEBOX pulls up the TTN, this number needs to be pasted on the parcel and taken to UKRPOSHTA, and that's enough.
The manager said that they have had this problem for a long time and they are asking for something to be done so that these shipments are also displayed in the account, but so far they do not want to do it)) People like all complain))
