Justin integration setup

Please help with Justin integration. There are two problems:
1. it is not possible to create a TTN, writes that it is an error, and which one is not clear. Example process http://box.smart-gadget.club/admin/customorder/order/9871/edit/
2. I can't track the TTN status, I created it directly through Justin's office (which is not associated with this API) and inserted it into the process, but the status is not picked up. Process http://box.smart-gadget.club/admin/customorder/order/9869/edit/

similar here 403 error - authentication problem
contact Justin and have them verify your credentials
