The workflow is broken! Tracking is not tightened, stages are not switched

The box does not show the status of the parcel, the order https://sambag.crm-onebox.com/78721/, although the tracking on the Ukrainian Post website shows https://track.ukrposhta.ua/tracking_UA.html?barcode=0504802231650
In another order, there is a ttn status, but there is no switching to a stage (we have configured and it worked that when the order is switched to a certain stage with a certain ttn status of Ukrposhta), for example https://sambag.crm-onebox.com/78651/
Here is the last order where everything was switched ok, after that it does not work
