The error says volumetric weight. It is automatically calculated from the dimensions of the product by mail.

What tick/cross are you talking about?
Volumetric weight (kg) = (Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm)) / 4,000
in your case 30*30*30/4000 = 6.75
