on the screen shows a different error than in the logs - an invoice has already been created. Activate the TTN delete button and try to delete the existing one. In the future, you can check the integration so that no more than one TTN is created in the process.

interesting, tested with delivery to another NP branch in the same city and TTN was created as required

it looks like it's not a critical error in the logs, but it's asking for the correct phone format. Maybe he asks for a + before the number? you need to dig into the API to understand the error, or the developers will tell you.
