One of the offices of Nova Poshta changed the sender address https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop/integrations/novaposhta-integration-15/control/ , changed it about 2 weeks ago and everything worked, that is, the sender address was assigned correctly. But now, when trying to create a TTN, a department is assigned Kyiv, department 1, despite the fact that there is no such department in the settings in any of the offices. As well as the branch from which we are sending is now active and available for selection in the box (and has been available all these days)
When searching for the reason, I determined that the city is pulled from the default office https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop/integrations/novaposhta-integration-16/control/, because when I changed the city of sending here, it started to be assigned correctly.

I wrote that everything worked, worked for more than a year, therefore there are no extra characters in the setting and cannot be. Moreover, everything worked with the new address.
