Error 403 when trying to call from Box
Congratulations! Box https://box.inal.com.ua/ when trying to call a phone from Box
client gives error 403: Forbidden.
For the user from whom we are calling, the phone type Kyivstar is selected. Immediately after connecting, the integration worked, made several test calls and this error appeared.
Tell me what could be the problem?

The issue is resolved.
The phone number used in Kyivstar integration must be the first in the list of numbers in the user's card. I am attaching a screenshot.
In the OneBox API application, in the log kyievstar-YYYY-MM-DD.log, you can find the time and the complete request that is transmitted.
In it, calling_number=380XXXXXXXXX should be the phone number of the Kyivstar integration, and if there is a different number, you will receive an error 403: Forbidden.
The first number on the list in the user's card is dragged into this field.
