UTM tags are transmitted from the tilde
additional fields are displayed in the process, which are associated with fields in the tilde in the integration settings
but for some reason only content and compaign are written to the process
keyword is not written
screenshots of the settings are attached.
I also tried to write term to an additional field of the process with the setting (string) but nothing happened either

here are examples of webhooks from Tilda https://carzone.crm-onebox.com/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=tilda-2021-02-09.lo... - there are no such fields as you indicated
standard utm keys are imported - utm_term was added there

I figured out what the delivery was, I copied the name of the fields from the form that comes to me in telegrams, but it was necessary from the description of the webhook in tilde ... thanks a lot))
