Now I'm just getting acquainted with your system, and 1 of the questions is a Google feed
Here is the setting
https://complux.crm-onebox.com/admin/auto/action/day/edit/
Here's the feed I got
https://complux.crm-onebox.com/media/export/product/GoogleMerchant.xml
But when I try to upload it to Google, I get an error
[file]2159[/file]
Has anyone experienced this and how can it be resolved?
This is the answer given by Google itself
Can this be fixed on the server? [file]2160[/file]
Since your OneBox does not have an online store template, in fact, all of its "internal" links, including media files, are closed from indexing so that the search engine does not index them into its search results. If you need to open the /media/shop/ folder in robots.txt for indexing, we can do it in 1 hour of revision (or for free if you switch to a paid cloud plan)

Ask this question by replying to the email you received the bill from. Most likely the task is still in the queue.

allowed Googlebot-image to index media files
you need to check on the side of Google whether the problem was solved

Good day.
Can you give us the same indexation?

As far as I can see - you are not a user of the cloud tariff - either refinement or switch to the cloud.
