Hello, we currently have an integration with i2crm that parses all messages in direct. The fact is that we have a failure with messages from FB, I spent a lot of time studying the new conditions and noticed that now you can set up integration via FB and Instagram without third-party services through the messenger. Please, is there any instructions on how to do this?

You misunderstood me, now you can already receive messages from direct insta through the settings in fb. Those. at the moment there is a free integration option without i2crm
