opencart stopped loading orders

Looks like some kind of functionality you have changes part of the orders by taking it by external id or something else. ps: why keep open 5416 orders, for which ATTENTION once every 20 minutes make 5k+ requests to Ukrposhta for tracking the status of ttn? You do not hang up the "Close" action on the last stage or what?

[/quote] There is a complex, intricate system with statuses, they have already tried to solve it more than once, but not yet how, one of these days we will solve it again.

You probably forgot one cool thing. If you do not check the box for importing statuses from opencart by linkkey, then they will be imported by external id (code1c) from ALL opencarts. You probably connected some other opencart to this project before or cleared orders on this one in order to start with 1 ID.
