Test integration of Signal with Box.
1) We received several messages from real and test customers. There is no sender's phone number in any message. Therefore, tasks may not be created for clients that are in the database.
2) One client had an open process. A message has been processed, but there is no sender's phone number.
3) Sometimes tasks are created. In one task, there are messages from different customers and there are no customer phones.
Checked the Signal settings on our three test phones. "Do not show my phone number to anyone" is set. Maybe that's the problem.
I don't see how you can use the integration with Signal if all (almost all) customers hide their number.

Sent a test message "Me again" to Signal. There were no open processes on the sender. A new process has been created https://drukaryk.1b.app/63486/

But in the process there is no form for sending messages to Signal.
And more.
A real client wrote on Signal. A process was created without his phone. Then, for each of his messages, a new process was created without the phone. I started a process with his phone, hoping that further messages would go into this process, but still new processes were created for each message

Only one thing remains:
when they write to Signal from a number that is not in the Box database, is it possible to create a new client in this case, after which an automatic action will create a process for this client?
