I’ll answer separately about GrossBee - judging by the site, this is quite an ancient software, its API is made using COM technology (hello Windows), and the FireBird database.
If you choose through what to integrate - COM or Firebird - then I am for FireBird.
It is not very simple and not very fast, I would estimate it at 30-40 hours of finishing drinks for a client offhand.
