OLX does not have a publicly available API.
More precisely, they have OLX OpenAPI for Partners - https://developer.olx.ua/api/doc
but that's not quite right, this API is not available to normal users.
The API that you indicated - https://rest-app.net/api-olx-ua - these are third-party developers who filed the OLX parser and sells it for 3000 rubles / month, where you can only parse other people's ads and download phone numbers ( for sms spam).

4. If the product is not in stock and it is listed on OLX, the product should go into the "inactive" status on OLX
5. Need the ability to connect multiple OLX accounts to the system
